RETURNS
We do not accept any returns as they are freshly-prepared. Should the product received be incorrect or have defects we require to be contacted no more than 3 hours from the time of delivery to make appropriate arrangements. We will also require images of the above.

DEPOSIT
All orders placed over £100 will require a 25% deposit on the day of the booking and the balance is required 7 days prior to the event.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made upon order to secure your booking. We will not fulfill any orders if they are not paid prior to the event day.
DATE RESERVATION
Due to the high volume of requests we get, we are unable to hold or reserve dates until payment is made to secure your order. No order will be fulfilled until the full amount is paid prior to the day of event.
DELIVERY DATES AND TIMES`
Delivery times vary depending on your request, although during busier times or if affected by traffic or weather, deliveries may take a bit longer.

Please check someone is going to be in to accept delivery. We will confirm when delivery has been made, but after that we are not responsible.
INGREDIENTS AND PRODUCE
We supply and utilise fresh and seasonal produce readily available along with making all products ourselves, so all orders will vary slightly.
FOOD HANDLING
Once delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure products are refrigerated upon request. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to food consumer outside of these timeframes.
ALLERGENS
Due to the amount of food being handled in our kitchens, we cannot cater to allergies that cause adverse reactions due to the high risk of cross contamination. We can however often cater for specific dietary preferences such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Diary Free, Gluten Free.

This response time may increase during busy periods as we are a small team, so please bare with us. Just to note, we don't work evenings or weekends, so please refrain from calling then as we will not answer.
