PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL OF THE BELOW AS BY PURCHASING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS YOU THEREBY ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

RETURNS

We do not accept any returns as they are freshly-prepared. 

​DEPOSIT

Full balance of the order is required 7 days before the event day, otherwise we will not be able to fulfil your order. All orders placed over £100 will require a 25% non refundable deposit on the day of the booking.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made upon order to secure your booking. We will not fulfill any orders if they are not paid prior to the event day.

DELIVERY DATES AND TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your request, although during busier times or if affected by traffic or weather, deliveries may take a bit longer.

PRESENT TO ACCEPT DELIVERY

Please check someone is going to be in to accept delivery. We will confirm when delivery has been made, but after that we are not responsible.

INGREDIENTS AND PRODUCE

We supply and utilise fresh and seasonal produce readily available along with making all products ourselves, so all orders will vary slightly.

FOOD HANDLING AND ALLERGENS

Once delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure products are refrigerated upon request. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to food consumer outside of these timeframes. It is essential to note that we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are allergen-free. We take food allergies seriously and strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities, but we want to ensure your safety and well-being by being transparent about the limitations of our service.

This response time may increase during busy periods as we are a small team, so please bare with us.
