DO YOU PROVIDE FLOWERS AND PROPS?
Yes we do. We source fresh flowers on the day of the event and also use our faux flower collection. We have a variety of different themed props suitable for every occasion, so let us know the theme you are going for and we will fit the props to match!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
For Set-ups and Grazing Tables, we require around 14 days notice, if the date isn't already booked. For all other orders, we need around a week's notice.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No, we do not offer refunds. We take a 25% deposit on all orders over £100. However, we do offer date changes if we are informed 2 weeks in advance, as long as the required date is still available. If we have been given incorrect or incomplete addresses/contact details, we cannot be held responsible.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
We offer free collection from Bushey. Depending on the area, there is a delivery charge for delivery.
DO YOU SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINS?
Nope, but we can provide napkins, plates and cutlery at an additional charge.
WHAT IS SOMEONE ISN'T IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Please check before confirming your order that someone will be in to accept the delivery or that their is a safe place to leave it. We will confirm with you once it has been delivered, although after it has been delivered it is not our responsibility if someone isn't available to accept the delivery.
WHAT IF IT RAINS OR IS REALLY HOT ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
We cannot control the weather unfortunately, however, all our delivery drivers use air conditioning to ensure the food is kept cool upon arrival.
HOW LONG DOES THE FOOD LAST FOR?
It depends as each item differs. If you ask us, we will be able to let you know when the food should be eaten by.
DO YOU PROVIDE WAITRESSES/WAITER'S?
Yes, we can provide waitresses/waiters at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
DO YOU REQUIRE PARKING ON SITE?
If you are having a Set-up or Grazing Table, we require parking to be accessible and within very close proximity to be able to unload the equipment and food.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the situation that you need to cancel an order, the following fees apply: 20 days or more prior to the event: Full refund. Less than 20 days prior to the event: 50% refunded.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN OR DAIRY FREE OPTIONS?
Definitely! We can offer you a range of different gluten and dairy-free options at an additional charge. Just let us know your dietary requirements and we will cater to you!
